Differences

Between a manager and admin web portal are:

My Markets

In My markets, add new member option and upload team members will not be provided for managers (Role id 3 and 5) where these features will create market and onboard team at a time.

Village Masters

Managers will not have the option to create new states, districts, or taluks, unlike admins. They can only create new villages that are missing in the census.

Edit Market:

Managers will not have option to reset the password unlike admins.

Approvals

The approval levels will be based on the company's specifications for managers (Role IDs 3 and 5). As an admin, any requests—such as market creation, user onboarding, user offboarding, and new village creation—will be automatically approved.

My Market Summary

Managers will not have the first two widgets, which display user information and products. This restriction prevents them from making any changes to designations and products.

Exports

The team history export will not be available to managers, where they will not have access to the user transactions that occurred within a market.

Home:

Managers will have a leaderboard displaying their rank and that of their peers on their homepage. This feature allows them to view their ranking based on achievement percentage and helps them understand their standing among their peers or team.

Digital Campaign

The tab will be hidden from managers, restricting their ability to upload any content and access channel analytics.
